What is excluded from the unbeatable price guarantee(UPG)?

• Cashback, coupon, or discount code offers (e.g., supplier cashback, reduced prices via paper coupons or electronic codewords)

• Commercial quantities and pricing (e.g. reduced prices not accessible to the public)

• Stock liquidations (e.g., clearance products from competitors or items from businesses in receivership)

• We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.

• Matched price is valid for one-time use. Subsequent purchases of previously price-matched items will be subject to the current price at the time of purchase, unless a new price match is acquired.

How about online stores?

Our Unbeatable Price Guarantee covers products found online, provided they are identical and available. When assessing the UPG against online retailers, we also consider the additional delivery costs to your location (if applicable). If the identical, in-stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location from an online retailer at a total cost lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total cost by 5%. Please note that the 5% discount from the Unbeatable Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer.

What is the process for returning an item?

  • To return an item, please fill out the online return form available here.
  • Pack the item securely and include all parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • Returns are ideally to be in their original condition and packaging.

How long does it take to process a warranty claim?

  • We aim to process all warranty claims within 1-3 business days. Once
    your claimis processed, wew ill contact you with the next steps or
    resolution.

Can I exchange an item f or a different style or model?

  • Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is in its original condition and
    the packaging is intact within 365 Days after purchase. Within 90 Days
    after purchase, if items are installed, have damaged/missing packaging,
    but contain ALL parts, they can be returned & exchanged for a FULL

What should I do if an item is out of stock?

  • If your desired product is out of stock, we encourage you to contact our
